Are men stronger than nature? Are they as free as they think? These are the questions looming in this rare Jules Verne masterpiece adaptation. The epic underwater tumultuous adventures of the mysterious Captain Nemo, the intrepid harpooner Ned Land, and the awkward teacher Aronnax are told here, in the theater, with shadows and puppets.
